The Happiness Book CLub

Group therapy sessions are a great way to deepen your process and knowledge as well as connect with other like-minded individuals and learn from their experiences.

The Happiness Book Club is a monthly meeting surrounding a new book each Month designed to increase happiness, mental health and creativity. It is facilitated by psychotherapist, Laura Wise LMFT. 

The full program is 6, 1hr sessions  & 6 books long. We meet on the 2nd Sunday of every month at 2pm. Pricing is $45 per session some sliding scale slots will be offered with a low fee application. Commit to yourself and your happiness this year! Email Laura to get started: laurawisema@gmail.com
